Prepare for your birth as a parent with Through to Thrive’s flagship course, Prep for Post. In this series an experienced educator and doula will guide you through making an extensive, four page, postpartum wellness plan including budget, risk factors, communication agreements and boundaries as well as how and when to ask for help when challenges arise. After a private class you can look forward to check-in messages from your instructor to make sure you are truly thriving.

 

Each class format is approximately six hours of instruction and conversation. The workbook is included in the class pricing. The First Year bundle of books can be ordered for an additional fee. 

 

This course is a brand new way to prepare for the birth of your baby or babies created by licensed mental health counselor, Kate Littlefield. In her own words this class is “designed based on years of experience in which parents in various stages of parenting said “nobody ever told me…” and realizing that there are definitely more things we could be telling parents before the arrival of a new baby - whether it’s the first baby or a new baby arriving to a home with seasoned parents”.
